The shop might have good printers and scanners but it lacks a major component of workflow. That is coordination and customer satisfaction. There is a prominent lack of interest that can be seen in the employees and even the owner. I had to wait for 45 minutes for my turn which again could be avoided but the employees were taking a lot of time even for menial job. When I entered there was a blame game being played and I was directed to almost 5 different people saying that he/she would do the job. The staff is not aware of the various formats and then starts to do what they want. There is no ZERO rating which I think is perfect for the shop. Please avoid shops like these.

Well of all the services I used, I liked the resume building and the staff that make awesome resumes for your interviews.. Customizable according to your needs. Rates are a bit high. But quality of docs is high too

Asked for help in project.Owner said it will b done within 2 days..Betrayed at last minute with zero output and ill mannered lady said and I quote "M chahu to aapka project cancel bhi Kr sakti hu" taking advantage of my helplessness and charging whooping 800 bucks for something which I had to made one day before submission...especially the Lady.Avoid falling in their trap!!
