Not trustworthy. I purchased floor tiles from them. At the time of purchase they told us that they will take back even a single pc. of tile if not used. But later when I tried to return one box they simply said that they do not sale that brand any more and since it was sold two months back so they will not return the tiles. We will never go to this showroom in future :(
