I purchased acqua guard water purifier in February 2017 from this company in addition to many other electronic items like refrigerator, TV, geyser airconditioner etc. THERE WAS SOME TROUBLE IN WATER PURIFIER. I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY PERSONALLY AND LODGED MY COMPLAINT BUT NO RESPONSE. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE OF THE COMPANY BUT NO RESPONSE. THEY SHOULD HAVE ATTENDED COMPLAINT FREE OF COST DURING WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR BUT NO RESPONSE. AFTER WAITING FOR ONE WEEK I OFFERED TO PAY FOR SERVICES. THEY CAME HAPPILY AND REPAIRED . I PAID RS.2350 TO THE MECHANIC. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPLEASANT AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY SHOULD PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY. I RATE THE COMPANY AS Very very poor.
