Hello, i just want to inform you, that i (mamta sharma) purchased a split ac of samsung in february on a single time payment from your store, in which a part is missing since it has been installed, i have been complaining since day one of installation, against which 5 or 6 service staff has seen the fault and assured that the part will come within 3 days and when we ask you for the proceedings, you send a staff again and assure 3 more days. Its been a long time we are seeing the drama of your company, been 2 months of heavy summer and your service is next to poor or worst maybe, you can take your product and we are filing a complain against your firm, regarding the neglegency for service and making us suffer, let us blame you for this, see you at the consumer court, because its high time now. I wish i can also give zero star for services. Worse service I have ever seen. They take 17 days for just one hour work.
