sajid fazalHad come here to service my j5 prime which was bought 6 months ago and had developed microphone issues recently. The service engineers kept the phone with them for 1 week after which they told that some moisture had entered the phone and thus the entire motherboard needs to be changed! This would cost 6000 Rs since the warranty stands void due to moisture issues. I took my phone back as it is. My phone had never come in contact with water and it feels like complete betrayal by Samsung to have manufactured a device that costs 15k and that it cannot even withstand moisture from air. Poor service. Poor device.

mayur gargWorst Service Ever. My phone has charging problem and they told me to change mother board and asked huge money. From outside i repaired it by changing charging pin and its working fine. This people here is worst ever i seen. they sleep talk do everything but wont give Service. Samsung other places i have seen is better but in kochi its worst among whole india
