As per the previous comment, Sony offers replacement of handset at 20% discount with any model on water proof handsets only if handset was out of warranty. If your handset is In warranty Sony does not charged any Cost and replaced with new handset. Actually, it cannot be open at service center. It can opens in Factory only. Service center repairs all other models other then water proof handset. I also repaired my Xperia XA from service center, display was broken and service center changed the part within only 3 days. Very good and fast service.....

worst service ....they only said change ur mobile with 20 percent cash back....only software problem they can solve ...and in other case they never co-operate ....in quality sony is best but in service sony has worst service...thats why other company has taken places...
