Staff entered in night from his master key without nocking the door and without ringing the bell, in short without taking my permission. I shouted on him. No system of locking the door from inside which means an outsider can not enter but the door could be opened through master card. It was breach in my privacy.

1. Curtain not properly working. 2. Fridge without working. 3. Television with no cable connection (one worker says cable was burned and other worker says due to expire the recharge) 4. Complementary bugs in room and bathroom.
