Amazingly pathetic at service. I was given an appointment and the staff refused to perform a facial stating excuses like no product for the facial, and when I gave an option for 4 facials, the staff came back saying there is no cleanser in the whole spa, so no facials can be done. Seriously? Why do you even confirm appointments when your staff doesnt want to? You need to hire staff who is better at giving excuses that justify common sense at least!!
