Clearly one of the best tattoo artist. The ambience was good, nice and clean place. Param is a good communicator. He talks out and explains very well on how the tattoo should and would look like. He is no pushover so you can decide what you want to get on your skin. Outcome of the tattoo was good,it looked excellent and almost painless. Another good thing about Art n skin tattoo is that you get your appointment and nobody except you are being entertained at your time. Looking forward to get another one from him.
