Ordered cake at pandav nagar outlet since app was not working. Next day (delivery day) when called to app "call us" they told no cake is booked. Then I booked it...In the evening, 2 cake came at my home...both insisting for money payment. Disgusting app and inter branch coordination...No history available even for delivered cake....It seems all branches working like separate shop. My cash back wallet points also not given... Overall a very poor experience with a feeling that dial-a-cake do not even bother for attending such customer.

I was a bit apprehensive while ordering a cake online for the first time. Dial a Cake did not mention their address on their site and the reviews that I could get through Google Search were not very comforting. However, the order process went off smoothly and I also got emails from them on the status of my order. The delivery was done by 2.30 pm, which was a pleasant surprise. The cake was as per my order, beautiful, very well baked and tasty. Four stars for the quality and overall experience
