I am struggling for refund of booking amount of 5% that is equivalent to Rs 81175. As per company norms if condidate drop the flat after draw , then Rs25000 should be deducted. This deduction is OK but i am struggling for the rest amount to get from Raheja Devolpers. No response after continuos follow up and request since more than 1 year. In future i will buy property from other bulider but will never take the decision to go with Raheja Devolopers.
