The Gym in terms of Machines and Ambience is good but the attention to details of posture and exercise training is missing from the general coaches. Had high expectations over there. Personal Trainer can be had anytime, but its the quality of service you get interms of the attention from a general trainer, defines a gym a lot. Otherwise a decent infra and ambience can be had at any Gym these days. A lot of Scope of improvement there..!! Better go to Fitness First if its nearby or convenient to Travel to that Gym as the trainers are well trained with regards to general training support system.

Nice trainers, 6 treadmills, 2 elliptical and 2 cycles. Spacious workout area. Separate area for other activities. Not many assisting machine which is positive for me as i believe too much machines hamper you body building routine.
