Agency and distributer both are hand in gloves. They try to cheat customer by taking out gas from cylinder before delivery and when you complaint both play dumb. Received first cylinder of the new connection with only 10 kg LPG,instead of 14.2. Complained multiple times followed up three days then got new one. Irony is they are located in one of the posh locality and still doing it without any problem.

Worst service provider! There delivery boys are always stealing gas and delivering half empty cylinders. And they all know about it, they never tke any action despite of regular complaints.
