My experience with this hospital is not good. My friend was admitted and we had a horrible experience. Although my friend was admitted in emergency and they took proper care of him but I am not satisfied by the overall experience.

The people at the reception needs to learn some basic manners and try to be cordial with patients and customers. They seem to be wiling away their time chit chatting among themselves. They are unable to explain the process of certain things when asked and look confused and irritated, thereby delaying a simple procedure of even getting a signature of the doctor for claiming a medical insurance. If they have an adequate explanation for the delay, one tends to explain it, instead they get irritated and look less bothered. Another major concern is about the number of people sitting at the reception. When I went there, I found four people chit chatting and moving around. I was not talking to the same receptionist I met in a span of few minutes and thereby I had to explain the same thing twice to the other person. I request the Hospital Authority of Nulife to ensure that your Receptionist has had adequate training. Make sure she/he is trained in handling difficult situations. A Receptionist should look ahead, see any problems and be able to deal with appropriately, if it means speaking to her supervisor or having the ability to see the problem through.
