They call us for interview and then after an hour they ring again and said no need of interview. Then we got refusal after couple of days. Big mistake that we plan a family holiday for Greece ! If they got any doubt they should call us to clarify that !! So annoying!!

They need to pick up and attend phone calls ! Been trying at least twenty times since morning -all through the day and not once been able to connect .After putting a call on hold , the call after a bit of time disconnects .Wish I had not planned a holiday to Greece !!!! Absolutely disappointing !
