Hired 12 seater tempo traveller for chakrata. The driver is so bad. We paid monthly state tax for haryana and uttrakhand but as per rule the tax should pay for duration of stay only. The driver and travel agency use monthly tax from next passanger and tax paid by previous passengers We had face very bad experience. In future We will not book with this Travel agency and will not refer to anyone.
