We stayed at this hotel for about a week. This hotel is awesome and good for kids. Security and all staff are very good and they get good service. If we call to service they come within 2 min. We can easily show swiming Pool with every room which is good view. There are also a park and kids rides. I want to come again here.

Nice maintained rooms with luxury amenities. Pool view rooms are nice to stay. Luxury at affordable cost. Well maintained lawn and lobby. Big conference hall. Only negative is beach 3km away from location

We stayed at this hotel for about a week. This hotel is awesome. Location is superb as well as the stay. Staff is good.

Good ::Good specious rooms with balcony, Staff at the reception were quite polite and welcoming specially Shubham. Security Staff also good specially Mr. Debraj who really helped me out for getting my ID from bike provider near hotel. BAD ::House keeping staff were not trained very well. I and my wife were inside the room, while I was having bath and my wife was in the balcony, housekeeping staff rang the bell which my wife could not hear, he rang again and as she was getting dressed to open the door to his call, he used the master key and came inside. It was really awkward and inappropriate action. On complaining the same to the Lady duty manager, she in spite of saying sorry started arguing with us. Her attitude was way too pathetic. Being in the service industry that too hotel where the staff is supposed to be polite and humble, duty manager as rude as her was very very disappointing. I guess she does not deserve to be manager at least. i would not suggest any one to stay here
