    Very bad servicing of Honda Activa. The problem still persists after multiple visits. They also charged for additional visits to get the matter resolved. Payment queues are also unreasonably long during rush hours

    I wish there was an option to give a negative score as the staff and supervisors here not only have no customer service skills whatsoever, they are actually rude, arrogant and somewhat aggressive. I booked my bike for a paid service at 09.30am and arrived a few minutes early, the reception desk was very busy and i waited to register my bike for the service, the receptionist told me to wait outside and someone would attend shortly..at 09.45 another customer came out and told me they had called my name but I had not heard as I was outside, the receptionist told me to wait at the counter and a technician came to me, I left the bike and he told me that he would call when it was ready and I asked if he could give me an approximate time, he replied 4pm - 4.30. I left and spent 5 hours wandering around Mapusa and returned to enquire if there was any chance it had been serviced yet at 2.30pm, the supervisor told me to come back after 5.30 as all paid services are done in the evening, I asked why I had an appointment at 9.30 and he said that is our normal timing. I asked if I could cancel the appointment and come back another day at a later time and he told me any other day I would still have to bring the bike at 09.30 for servicing, I said then cancel my appointment and i will go elsewhere, fortunately my bike key was in the tray on the counter and I picked it and went to leave, he then told me I could not leave without a gate pass so I asked for a gate pass to leave, he continued his business and ignored my request for 15 minutes so i took the bike and drove to the gate and told the security guards that the staff will not give me a gate pass and they told me I could not leave, I repeated I had asked for a pass and had been ignored but still they only laughed and told me I could not leave. Eventually the supervisor shouted me from the office and told me I must return to the office and get a pass, so I told him he should now bring the pass to me at the gate and hand it to the security as I was not prepared to wait any longer, his response was shouted "why should I?"..because it is your job I replied..after a few more minutes he brought the pass and he and the security told me to get off the bike and open the seat, I refused as this has never been asked before but they told me all bikes must be checked so I opened the seat and showed the contents..finally I was allowed to leave..thankfully there are many other 2 wheeler servicing places in the area and I will never have to go back here.
