Have been servicing my petrol Figo for the past 6 years. Have had excellent service. Decent Service advisor, though sometimes you have to put your foot down on extra services that are not needed ( happens in Sai Service as well). Ford parts seem to be cheaper but if you find being asked to replace too many parts, take a second opinion. Most Service centers replace rather the repair. Only negative seems to be the work load on the staff since this is the only Service center ( major) in Goa, service staff always busy but good experience nonetheless.
