Arrogant receptionist. Did not like the way they communicate with the customers. They will take their own sweet time to respond to your queries. The technicians are more hospitable and cooperating. Another case is that they tell you to call them up on the number given on the Job sheet and follow-up with them. But they will rarely receive your call, nor they will call back. This is the "After Sales Service" of SONY.
