The entire effort is transferred to the customer. The first salon in 20 years of salon visits that had leg waxing being done sitting on a backless stool so the girls could pull well it seems. And for the back of the legs..the customer remains standing up Full hands n legs waxing n a facial took me a full four hours with 2 girls working on the waxing. The girls were nice n being pleasant.. that perhaps was only comfort. Management will have to think quite a bit in terms of how the customer experience has evolved and if they are ready to change for the customer.. The salon environment is loud ..the staff was loud when I was getting my facial which spoilt my quiet relaxing time.. there were loud white lights vs warm yellow lights required for facial time so the eyes also relax
