Old quiet place, had spice plantation and good authentic goan food provided by the owner on pre-booking. A tour of the plantation is done after lunch. Entry fees are applicable.

Food is good, but staff are cheapish, they kind of sneak away and save the good items for themselves to have later, Plantation is just okay

We visited end of March 2017, food wise horrible, the prawns served were uneatable, fish had no taste, wide range of pickles they were lovely, the plantation and surrounding areas is very peaceful. It would do great if the owners are involved rather give in the hands of the cooks or people looking after it.

A very far away place to visit but worth it. Great collection of trees and the hosts are very inviting. You are greeted by their home made chaklis and kokam sharbat(both are awesome!). The whole walk-through through the plantation is tedious but the guide (hosts) do make you aware of all the different trees and their uses and the efforts they have taken to keep it up.

Interesting, value for money but you need to be seriously interested in spices to spend 45mins seeing around the plantation. The lunch afterwards was fine and the spices were sold at giveaway prices. Off the beaten track and not worth the time. Interesting nonetheless.
