Polite and knowledgeable staff, they put quite and effort to understand customer requirements. This store has several collections of their products and it gives you first hand experience about the product quality.

samrat inalaUrban ladder is one of the best furniture portals but if you decide to have a showroom to display your products then please make it more accessible interns of advertising and at least directions or some hoardings close to your location ..people who like to order online but want to have a first hand look at your workmanship would appreciate a little more user friendliness. Worth the visit ...nevertheless

Shruti JalanVery bad service. If you buy anything from them dont expect your return and refund processed smooth without thousand reminders to their coustomer service. They offer fake return policy in which you literally have to shove down to their throat to come and pick up the product. And they will not intimate about refund also until and unless you call their customer care 3 times. Will never buy things from them. I bought a matress from their site and i literally regretted it.
