I have purchased TVS Jupiter from R K Motors and that was the worst decision of my life. - The finance guy dont know how to calculate EMI. Even to calculate EMIs for different DP it takes 3-4 days for them. - They took RTO charges, but the way they handle is unacceptable. We have to roam around the RTO office carrying the paper ourselves. Also their RTO is not available whenever you go. - They did not provided RTO agent phone number. And after so many arguements they gave number which is not able to reach. - Their policy is " POOR SERVICE and CUSTOMER DEALING " before and after purchase. - DO NOT PURCHASE anything from here or you will repent afterward

After sale service is worst. sometimes they make mistakes while servicing so working vehicle even get in bad condition. They give worst breakdown pick up service, they never showed up to pick up vehicle from a breakdown location. and to pick up vehicle from home they came after two weeks because I called them for twice daily. They have worst staff, not at all ready to help.
