Today I went to upgrade my 4G sim but the person hired by vodafone as a trainee seems to be unprofessional and unqualified who kept me waiting though he was serving other customer but he kept me uninformative about my query. The main thing is that the approach is very casual. This makes a bad impression of vodafone which is one of great telecom company in India.
