Fraudulent diagnostic lab. They gave me the results for my blood pressure (116/78) without ever measuring it. Without inspecting my oral cavity, lymph nodes, ears, throat, etc., they declared in writing that these tests were performed and that they found nothing unusual (although they never examined any of the above mentioned organs). I have registered an official complain with Birla Sunlife Insurance and am also going to report them to the appropriate Indian medical regulatory authority. The urine samples were kept in the open and the receptionist was rude. The doctors working there did not return my calls (I made at least 3 calls at 3 different times). Avoid this dangerous medical testing center at all costs. I think they just accept money from the insurance companies and provide imaginary/fake data. The person who drew my blood was extremely unprofessional (the ECG left a red mark on my chest for 3 days). Not recommended at all.
