Bhavin Mankodiwe have visited Nirali on 27May- Saturday with family as some one has refered to have dinner considering fantastic service and food , but the service provided by your staff was pathetically bad and also out of 3-4 items were ordered out of which half of the order was Not atall satisfactory. I had come with my family-inlaws , I ordered Breadbutter for my child just after having table immidialty as my child was hungry, after which we ordered few other items for me and my family, after getting 1st item , we were waiting for Bread n butter , then 2nd item came which was sizzler after which we waited for around 25 min. but Bread n butter did not came, when we called captain - order taker and checked with him regarding brean n butter he said there is no Bread in Hotel. - I was really upset on this that captain himself does not know whats available and whats not? then we checked about poori bhaji again we waited for around 20 mins , so after I suppose 45 mins we got poori bhaji... To bring child to your Hotel was my biggest Mistake since he was super hungry and I was expecting to have good time at Nirali. The time taken by him to reply / the service provided by captain was really brought me to upset level. when I went to pay the bill I requested to meet GM or any other who is incharge, he simply said no one is available. My Bill number was CSR/310 - Table 6.I have attached the Bill copy for your reference. I know , you are least bothered about this feedback and I dont know how seriously you will take this issue. I will never come back to such Hotel again ....
