Very poor service at My Dentist on Bhatar branch. I have paid full payment in advance for application of braces. Which is long treatment around 1 to 2 years. In the beginning service was found good. All Doctors and staff were performed their duty quiet well. But 4 to 5 months ago, My Dentist have changed whole staff and Doctors at Bhatar branch. Very poor service is performed by whole new staff. Appointments are canceled after confirming date and time is very common now. No fixed day for appointment. They are giving appointment date on any day from Monday to Friday Changing all time. Very difficult to manage with school and tution timing. . Even time also not fixed. Staff are not able to reply queries. Doctors are also having very rough attitudes and are non cooperative. My suggestion is not go for My dentist any way. Better to go for private doctor. Very much frustrated with my dentist service that I want to demand for refund of my money.
