One of the bakwas service i got frm them I bought a sony phone they told me if there is any fault we will replace in 5 days When i came home i saw the phone is faulty When i went there and told them about phone prblm they said once phone is sold they dont care I will never anything frm vijay sales and i will tell my frnds also

When I bought my tv. That time they told us that tv has 3 years warranty. But my my tv facing color problem in 2 year. So I went in Videocon service station. But that reception guy told me that this tv has only one year warranty. So I tried to call Vijay sales but they are not answering my call and not giving reply properly.
