Shop structure is nice. Staff is very friendly. The variety they have is nice. Giving 4 star is juat because they have only 1 lift in whole building which carries only 3 to 4 people at once.

Very bad experience. I went to purchase multiple t-shirts, but the salesmen refused to allow me trial of any of the clothes. On top of that, there was no return or exchange. How am I supposed to buy without any idea of fitting or size? Very poor customer service, not worthy of a showroom of this size.
