Bought product from amazon and when person came to deliver, ask for id proof as received sms from amazon but in sms they didnt say we have to provide duplicate of id proof. Insted of request for id, person abused by bad behaviour customer and return the the product.

It is a third grade courier service. My parcel is shipped from Iran on 21st and till date i am not getting the delivery and your office staff is giving only one reply that you will get delivery today. I am so sorry to say that i informed to my client to put this courier on black list and henceforth do not send any parcel through this courier.

The person on mobile number 09979899467 (Aramex Courier Employee) is absolutely arrogant , hopeless and have no courtesy talking to a person enquiring. He could answer why the term Overnight shipment is put in the tracking if it is not going to be delivered the next day. Very very poor facility and tracking system.
