First of all the staff needs to learn to talk to the patients properly and address their queries. Especially the lady on the phone needs to be sent to some training on communication. Secondly if there is any technical issue they need to inform the patient prior the visit and not waste their time travelling unnecessarily. Thirdly I vl never strongly recommend any patient to visit here.
