viren patelPros - Narola is a life changing work environment! The employees and management team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Narola, is a great employer with amazing perks. Cons - Every Saturday is half day but any holiday come in between then we need to do full day on that Saturday. Technically they give only 4 Hours leave on any holiday comes in a year. They need to increase public holiday and Diwali as well.
