Parveen JoshiIts very fast and easy way to get passport. Main things are no waiting. Very planned for short time to get passport. No que at all Documentation work is very low.

Vipul PatelVery well organised way of handling people rush for passport. TCS employees are really patient in answering public queries and guiding them at proper counter. Centralized AC makes the place even better. Overall a better passport procedure than earlier one. In house xerox machines are made available. Good work GOI.

Animesh Aga-carry extra documents/IDs ,they might ask for them. You can get a Xerox/photocopy at the centre. Carry marksheet or school leaving certificate. These are above and beyond documents mentioned online. -Get there at the reporting time,there is no need to come early. Even if you reach at reporting time ,you'll have to wait in line outside the centre. They allow you inside 5-10mins before your appointment time. -after going in, get in line to take a token number paper. This is given after checking the self attested photocopy of documents against originals. This can take 15mins. So a total of 30-40mins standing. -with the token number you can proceed inside through a locked door for further verification and fingerprinting and photo. The number is displayed on multiple screens for counter numbers. There are seats. - there are 3 stages here after. All have sitting area. All are displayed on the screens. - "A" counter is where you can verify the new/changed details of the passport. fingerprinting and photo are taken here. - "B" counter is where they re check the documents. - "C" counter is where you get your confirmation. Total time for the whole process is minimum 1hr45mins and if your documents are not in order, it will take about 3hours.
