I did lot of workout there.. they have most of the equipments for body buiding and weight loss. Also trainer is very good... The main thing is they teach you right way of body building which is lot of natural exercises. I would 100% recommend this gym.

For health and fitness,This is the perfect gym I have ever seen.! Jayesh sir trains like personal trainer and his guidance about health n fitness is Awsome.! Jyanti sir is also a good trainer.! I joined gym exactly 2 months ago n today i lost 2 kg weight n 2 inches abs.! Open Airventilation is available at gym so we can get natural air.! Gym is fully equipped with all required equipments.!!

A place that gives you satisfaction both mentally and physically. I did a lot of research on the type of gym that I should go with, because I was not looking for a "SUDDEN AND EXPONENTIAL RESULTS" like some supplements can give you, even one of my friend who happens to go to a reputed gym here in Vadodara, has seen a drastic improvement in his physical structure. But the harsh reality is sooner or later one has to face the consequences of the same. But as they truly say that nothing great can be achieved without striving for it. I am here for the past 20 days and the day when I met Mr. Mr Jayesh Mistry i made up my mind that I want to here. He made the exercise plans that I should follow with and also can assure you that he will be there for your aid on any matter. So relax you are in safe hands. About the Gym, well it is bundled with all equipment’s that you can see in any top notch center. It has got a positive vibe, and it is quite spacious too, and all the working equipment’s are systematically arranged in a convenient working environment, for me personally it does have an excellent ambiance, positive energy and full of happiness. I guess that’s what is really important All in all i would like to say that if you are genuinely looking for a good workout, and a healthy life style, then folks you deserve this place. Peace!

This place is a package!! I started gyming around 1.5 months ago. To be precise from 1st December 2015 and today I can feel the results.. Proper guidance at each and every step for each and every exercise, each and every time you falter cannot be found even at the most hyped workout places. But you find it here. Jayesh sir who himself is a fitness example follows the traditional method of body building, sculpting a body with base, growing a tree with strong roots. Following his menthods may give you results a bit slower but they definitely last longer coz it is not hastened upon. He sees your capacity and then gradually makes you push beyond it... All I would like to say is a quote i liked from his very gym. Workout is fun. Dont treat it as an obligation.
