They are able to see different animals while sitting in the train.It also has facility for workout. It also has a museum and fish aquarium. Fish aquarium is very basic and can be avoided. Museum is worth watching. Overall sayajbaug is a good place to visit

Sreeraj NairOne of the best parks in the country I guess, has got huge space for roaming around. Its peaceful most of the time unless its crowdy. And has got a museum, an amphitheater, a zoo, a toy train, small amusement park rides and a bridge installed inside the garden... Its a great joint for all ages!

sohil vadiyaVery big, clean and well maintained. Peaceful most of the times. The mini train is awesome. Zoo is very good. Occasionally, beggars may harass. Museum is wonderful. Good for a nice walk, quick evening visit or quiet conversations. We have grown in this garden and seen every corner of it. Picturesque scenery is a bonus.

The entrance ticket is not very expensive. If remember correctly it is about 40-50 rs for Indians. The content has a lot of variety - animals, paintings, clothing, different countries etc..
