Very bad service....book tickets at your own risk. On time of booking they are committing to provide vedio services and wifi service free of cost but on time of boarding they are start charging. Even seats are uncomfortable for long journey.

Fraud company . I booked a bus form Chandigarh to Katra, I called them from boarding point and they told me my bus is canceled but the bus actually passed in front of me without stopping because they filled the bus completely in Delhi only and sold my booked ticket to someone else. These people can leave you anywhere in middle of night and take no responsibility fo you.
