The views from the resort are really fascinating. The buffet was quite decent. The games room was not well maintained. The activities like Musical chair, Tambola.. Etc were not conducted contrary to what was stated in the website. The room was at a great height, lot of stairs had to be covered to reach the cottage. Overall it was a satisfying experience, but it lacked multiple things which were stated in the website.

Property is at a nice location, but room service is pathetic, reception phone is never picked, no one picks the phone at the restaurant, water comes in the room while it rain outside, broken washbasin and WC,
