Exp was mindblowing with them. The owner (Rahul Sharma) is a very genuine & helpful guy. Would love to go next time only with them. Package was quite reasonable & car was quite spacious. Overall nice tour

Worst experience ever with this travels agency tremendously Unprofessional, . When we booked them for the entire tour of Kinnaur Kailash. They (Rahul Sharma) gave me tour agenda with hotels name and sightseeing places. As per their rules we paid them 40% of total amount 2 months before. After getting the money suddenly they have send me a mail where they changed all the hotels and told me that all the hotels would be closed due to snow. But when we personally contacted to the hotel they told me the hotel is open . We reached Narkanda on 22nd of March our 1st destination of the tour where we found they provide us 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom but initially they told us they will provide us one quad-sharing (4 bedded rooms ) rooms with a single cot and one triple bedroom for 7 (seven) persons. When I contacted with him (Rahul Sharma) with this issue he told me we have to manage. How could 7 persons manage in two double bedded rooms? I lost my temper and shouted on him then he told the owner for an another room. Though the Hatu Valley home stay (Narkanda) was an awesome place. Sarahan and Sangla hotels were quite good awesome views from the rooms. But when we reached Kalpa after 5 hrs journey where we had to stay 3 days they provided us 2 cheap double bedded rooms where we have to manage 7 persons and told me they would provide extra cot which was chargeable I was shocked and totally lost my temper. That time the temperature at Kalpa was 2-3 degrees is it possible for anyone to sleep on the floor with a single mattress ? After so many tantrums and drama they gave us another room for that day and assured that the next day they will change our hotel . The person Rahul Sharma (director of the travel agency) also misbehaved with My elder brother who is high blood pressure patient. But I must say hotel Stuffs were too good and helpful. I suggest all the tourist never fix your tour with this unprofessional careless travel agency. Lastly their Driver namely Devinder Kumar alias Sanju cherry on the top was so reluctant to go any of the spot and just told us "waha kya hain aap log ja nahi payenge"etc etc. His non-cooperation made us crazy. The last day he had to drop us at Kalka station but he left us 2 km before the station and took the rest amount of payment there. There was a Police outpost they helped us to reach the station with the help of another driver. I must say the views from the rooms of all the hotels were great.

We stayed for 3 nights at Rajput Royal Cottage and we were taken care of very well. Manger and his staff were courteous and were very accommodating with all our requests. The food was great and the rooms were cozy. The views from the room are great. So thanks a lot Himhashu ji from Shimla Online Travels for providing Many facility and good Rajput Royal Cottage also.we will visit again .
