With a great sigh I am writing this experience of mine with saurav pal caterers.It was disturbing to share that I am totally unsatisfied with their services.The list is long, full of problems. The decoration was awful and totally opposite for what we asked for.Mats were dusty ,in poor condition and dirty.When I asked the owner to change them, he completely said these are the cleanest one and they will not change.The sofa for bride and groom was dirty and broken, when we said to change it, again the worker said that it will work.After arguing alot they changed it.The behaviour of owner was totally unexpected as he denied to provide every genuine service we asked for.His way of talking with family member was unacceptable. Staff came to our house late night and drunk due to which we suffered late night problems and chaos. The food menu which we decided was not properly followed.Half of the things we decided for the menu were not even present.The DJ was poor, always prepared with lame reasons for poor sound quality and songs.Every single guest did complaint about the services and DJ but above all the mis behaviour.Worst of everything we could have with saurav pal and it is for the third time.
