HP 64A 3168 very poorly managed and non trained staff got my third service done and after 1 day my engine oil drain nut got loose and then fell off and all engine oil got wasted and they did not bother about this concern and asked me to pay for engine oil because their unprofessional work this happened and they want me to bear the price for their mistake very bad experience and i am not going for service at their outlet

I have make a several call to them but I heard only 1sentence we will call back to you in 6 mins and never call come from their side. In their office a girl pick the phone and said Tere ko 6 min mein bta dengay . This type of language shows the nature of employee &employer . How they treat their customers
