I wished to consider this hotel to host a party. I with my mom and my one year lil daughter went there to ask for details like menu, rent, dj, etc. We were quickly shown the big hall which we thought is suitable. And waited for the next step that is to enquire about the price and availability. The manager was busy with another customers to show them around. We waited for 10 minutes and asked again for details. We were again asked to wait. After waiting 15 more minutes we decided to leave as we wasted enough time waiting for the manager to come and let us know the details. Why was there only one manager to address the customers. And why were we asked to wait for half an hour though we required only two minutes. I think they need to upgrade their hospitality standards and respect other customers time. I really liked the place but if the service of the staff continues like this then I guess they are going to lose customers like us.

I went there just for breakfast.. I tried Masala dosa which was not at all good... Shockingly the waiter wanted me to pay cash without generating bill stating that the system was not working.. When I refused he generated bill which I paid by card..

Neat n clean rooms with good amenities. Location is also good though away from the main market of Faridabad. Room service is good. Food quality is average. But they must change their billing software..Bill given to me quite confusing..
