Sivasish RoyHi anyone planning to rent commercial space in Vatika Business Park in Shona Road, BE ALERTED. WORST FACILITY SERVICES, PARKING MANAGEMENT, AND OTHER SERVICES.... so if you going to pay high rent you better get some other commercial space other than Vatika. Talking about facilities like restroom never get repaired once broken after several follow up and fight with facility it need to be get fixed, no parking space for employees, as they sold out to other companies which are vacant for years. SO you should better think twice if you are planning for VATIKA BUSINESS PARK.

Rakesh KumarNice maintenance of the place. good work can be noticed while entering into the place. only one problem no U- TURN near the business park. you have to take a long U-Turn or for pedestrians they have jump road and barer to take bus or metro from opposite Road side
