This is a follow up of my(very)bad review of GIBL-Greenlife(insurance agents)and the Liberty Videocon Insurance company,in which I had complained that I was unable to get a refund that was due to me even after more than 50 mails,calls and a threat of making a complaint with IRDA.Finally,out of frustration,I lodged a complaint with IRDA,who promptly sent both a notice.Within a day,I received frantic phone calls[they had earlier stopped responding to my mails]and in 2 days,a cheque was delivered at my doorstep.I shudder to think that,if it takes such drastic action to get a refund,what will happen when a claim is made!!Avoid both these organisations.
