The service provided by the company is pathetic, took 9 days to deliver packet from Ansari House CP Delhi to Uttam Nagar Delhi. Never sent deliver person for delivery and replying with wrong statment that the house was locked.

Rated 1 star because there are no option for rating zero or negative. Super pathetic service. They never deliver documents/consignments. Bank documents are crucial so, I would request all the banking service providers not use swift courier at all.

It has been 3 years, my credit card statement is being sent by the bank, but i did not receive it even a single statement, bank says swift air shows it has been delivered, and my signature is also their. Reallt pathatic and annoying.
