The site is elegant with many choices for all sorts of occasion. The chat people are helpful and courteous. However, those who answer the phone are not good communicators! They failed to understand simple questions and so this will be a good place for some improvement. Communication with the customer about weather-related delays is another area for improvement. A simple email explaining why the gift was delivered late would have been helpful in my case.

The guys on chat were really helpful, they were responding at an average speed but i guess i was myself too excited for placing order. Very helpful chat. Would love to see the quality of the bouquet they deliver whether it matches with the picture or not :)..
