My experience was good with this gas agency, my gas transfer and then again Transfer done smoothly. Staff used to be busy but still u will get answers and help from them. This agency caters lots of people so expect it to be crowded at all times.

Extremely slow, not user friendly, badly designed, in short, as good as zero. Adds a negative slope to the already inefficient distributor network. Their mobile app can make you pull your hair apart, so suggest you do not try it. It will only work once Shri Modi gives a whip to its slack staff and app + website developers.....sad but reality.

Staff is preety helpful in comparison to other gas agencies. All stars for them.. Rest two stars is blank because of there very poora infrastructure.
