Very long queue....i think it is because this is the only funtioning post office i found in gurgaon... I tried to several branches but this is superior than all.. #poorITinpostoffices

This is the largest and oldest post office of Gurugram slated to be a bank soon. Waiting time of atleast 2 hours on a normal day. Staff sitting at counters is normally 50%. Postmen / agents can help you if you know them with a backdoor entry else keep waiting. They make you run around several times. Senior citizen area is occupied by agents . Women and senior citizens have no place to sit since footfalls are very high. Better not to have a account here ever.

Use Private Courier Service instead of Indian Post Office Service (They never deliver items on time, even they prefer not to deliver them).
