shikha visenWorst experience ever. I got my samples collected at 09:30 A.m. yesterday they said I will receive the reports within 24 hours. I started calling them after 28 hours. They are just telling me to wait for half an hour each time. It has been 36 hours now I have nothing. Highly disappointed, I had to cancel 2 doctor appointments. I am suffering from acute pain but I am helpless cause I can not do anything until I have the reports.

Got it done from a reputed lab a day later and all was normal.The other tests that were done seem fine but made me question their genuinity. They spam you on your phone every day with deals and offers from 100 different numbers. Very bad experience.
