raunak panpaliaI have been associated with Sanshinkan for 6 months now. The journey has been exceptional. Sanshinkan transforms your life. Not only learning karate, but you also learn important lessons of life(dojo kun) that make you a better person. The trainers, Sensei Sanjay, Yashpal, Anamika, Rahul, are really good. Very open to feedback and self improvement. But the biggest point is that they have stuck to the roots of martial arts. Highly recommended. (P.S. - I lost nearly 8kgs in 2 months :-) )
